Contact Front & Rev-Tac Ruck Event Liability Waiver
Event Date: July 12, 2025

Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement

By participating in the ruck event hosted by Contact Front and Rev-Tac on July 12, 2025, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that this is a physically demanding 12-mile ruck event that may involve rough, rocky, or muddy terrain. I affirm that I am in good physical health and capable of safely participating in this event. I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, injuries, heat-related illnesses, dehydration, and terrain-related hazards.

2. Water Activities
   I understand that the post-event activities may include access to a pond, high jump platform, rope swing, and a zip line attached to a tree. I acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, drowning, falling, collisions, or other physical injuries. I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries resulting from participation in these optional activities.

3. Property and Conduct
   I agree not to damage any property belonging to Contact Front, Rev-Tac, or any affiliated individual or organization. I understand that I am responsible for my behavior and any damage I may cause. I agree to follow all safety instructions given by event staff or volunteers.

4. Release of Liability
   I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Contact Front, Rev-Tac, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the event or any related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Medical Treatment
   I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during this event. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
   By typing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and agree to its contents freely and voluntarily. I understand that this release is binding and that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
